Cars

Over the past 20 years, I’ve owned and driven 12 cars. Each one had its own personality, quirks, and stories—some better than others, but all worth remembering.
It started with my first car: a 1982 Toyota Corona. It was a hand-me-down from my family, and honestly, it had no business being on the road. But it got me where I needed to go—school, practices, late-night food runs—and that’s what mattered. Like most first cars, it wasn’t about what it was. It was about what it gave me: independence.
Looking back, I wish I had taken more photos of these cars. I only have a few, and I’ve included them where I can. For the rest, I used AI to recreate them and write short blurbs. It’s been interesting seeing how those interpretations line up with what I remember.
If this ever turns into something more—maybe even an automotive resale venture—then great, maybe the blog finds a way to support itself. But for now, this is just about documenting the rides and the memories.
If you knew me during any of these years, there’s a good chance you’ll recognize a car—or remember a ride.
